Wilo expands in wastewater treatment

Wilo has made two wastewater therapy acquisitions in Germany: FSM Frankenberger GmbH & Co KG in Pohlheim and WSM Walower Stahl- und Maschinenbau GmbH in Walow.

Both companies concentrate on technologies for mechanical cleansing and therapy of wastewater.

The two firms will be built-in into Wilo’s Water Treatment Strategic Business Unit (SBU).
However, FSM Frankenberger and WSM Walower remain independent and will proceed to be run by native managers.
