Dover has entered right into a definitive agreement to accumulate Malema Engineering Corp, a US designer and producer of high-precision, mission-critical flow-measurement and control instruments for the biopharmaceutical, semiconductor and industrial sectors.

Malema’s products will expand Dover’s biopharma single-use production providing, which already includes Quattroflow pumps, CPC connectors, and em-tec flowmeters.
Based in Boca Raton, Florida, and with amenities in San Jose, California, Singapore, South Korea and India, Malema expects to generate approximately US$40 million–45 million in income through the full year 2022.
When the deal closes, Malema will turn out to be a part of the PSG business unit inside Dover’s Pumps & Process Solutions section.
