Industrial Flow Solutions is shopping for Dreno Pompe, a designer and manufacturer of electrical submersible pumps for wastewater purposes, based in Monselice in northeastern Italy.

A portfolio firm of private fairness agency May River Capital, Industrial Flow Solutions specialises in pumping and fluid management solutions for harsh, rugged environments. The company, which is headquartered in New Haven, Connecticut, USA, is home to BJM Pumps merchandise, Stancor pumps and controls, OverWatch direct in-line pump systems and the Oil Minder pump and management answer, in addition to Scotland-based Clearwater Controls which it acquired last October.
Founded in 1990, Dreno Pompe designs and manufactures submersible pumps and mixers in addition to accessories required for installation. Dreno’s Emiliano Conforto and Fabiana Conforto will proceed to serve as operating leader and business and administrative chief, respectively. The Dreno identify will proceed and its manufacturing facility will remain within the Veneto area of Italy.
